Role-based training for dental practice teams, completed before day one
Onboardly Coach helps your practice train new team members before their first day. Your team records each task once as a short video, and new hires complete their role path before they start.

How Onboardly Coach works
We guide your practice through mapping every role and task, building the paths, and launching them, with three months of hands-on support, followed by ongoing secure video storage and maintenance.
- 1
Map every role
We start by mapping each role in your practice, front desk, dental assistant, billing, and every other position, and listing the tasks each one is responsible for.
- 2
Record each task once
Your own team records each task once as a short one to two minute video showing how it is done in your practice. No scripts or actors, just the way you actually do it.
- 3
Build a path for each role
The videos are organized into a learning path for each role. New hires follow their path and complete it before their start date.
- 4
New hires train before day one
Each new hire works through their assigned path on their own time, so they arrive on day one already familiar with how your practice runs.
- 5
A short quiz checks it stuck
Each path ends with a short quiz to confirm the new hire understood the material before they begin.
- 6
Day one becomes coaching
Because the basics are already covered, day one shifts to coaching and refinement with the office manager instead of starting from scratch.
