These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by CAN AI Solutions Inc., operating as Onboardly Coach. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Onboardly Coach provides training and onboarding software and implementation support for dental practices. A practice records each task once as a short video showing how it is done in that practice, and the videos are organized into a learning path for each role. New team members complete their path before their start date, each path ends with a short quiz, and completion is logged automatically. We guide the practice through mapping every role and task, building the paths, and launching them, with hands-on support followed by ongoing secure video storage and maintenance.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or prevent others from using it. You must not misuse our website by introducing viruses, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with its security or operation.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to CAN AI Solutions Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission, except as required to use our services as intended.

By checking a consent box on our form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from CAN AI Solutions Inc. (DBA Onboardly Coach). The transactional checkbox covers responses to your inquiries, call confirmations and reminders, document requests, and onboarding and account updates. The marketing checkbox covers product updates, events, and special offers. Each is optional and independent, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
